Bell A Fan Of Therapy

Actress Kristen Bell encourages all her friends to sign up with a therapist - because counseling changed her life.

The Heroes star admits she has been seeing a shrink for several years, and the sessions help boost her confidence in her work and her personal life. And Bell wishes more people would would sign up for therapy - as it's such a useful tool.

She tells Fox News, "I'm a big advocate of therapy, it's not taboo out here (in Los Angeles). You're constantly talking about it, referencing your therapist or giving your friends the number of your therapist. It's only when you travel a bit out of L.A. that people don't want to talk about it. They want to keep it hidden, but we don't need to. I'm proud of the fact I see a therapist, it shows you're a strong person and that you want to grow and change." (LR/WNWCXF/ZN)
