Hype Final Fantasy CC: Crystal Bearers Dev Doc Is About The Force? on N4G
Final Fantasy CC: Crystal Bearers Dev Doc Is About The Force? Gravity manipulation, telekinesis, psychic powers or the Force all falls within the same category in gaming: the ability to pick stuff up and throw it around. In Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Crystal Bearers, players can utilize gravity manipulation in the same way that Jedis utilize the Force. It's all explained in the new developer documentary.

Akitoshi Kawazu, producer of the upcoming Wii exclusive talks about the general story concepts surrounding Crystal Bearers as well as some of the gameplay mechanics. It’s cool how players can, in real time, manipulate objects and enemies using the gravity crystal that’s in the possession of the main protagonist.

The game actually looks pretty darn good, for a Wii title. And the gameplay appears to be a full mix of streamlined adventure gaming and real-time action combat. The flying sequences are especially impressive as players fly around fighting enemies in mid-air. You can check out all out in the new trailer below. The game is due out on December 26th for the Wii.
