Infinite Undiscovery Gameplay Video If you’d like to sit through a lot – and we’re talking monumental amounts of what I assume is developer commentary – of Japanese speech then you can watch the opening of Infinite Undiscovery. Tri-Ace’s upcoming RPG is shaping up to be something to keep your eye on. I’m just happy the 360 is getting any love from JRPGs.

What can you expect from the video? Sadly the game has some atrocious animations, the textures and flat and stale. And even during the cut scenes, which appear to be in engine, character models are blocky and basically appear to be slightly higher in quality than what the Xbox could do. But this is now and I’m a very disappointed RPG fan to see this game looking so bland.

The combat does look interesting though. Fighting is in real time, but looks like you can go to a menu to set yourself up for what’s to come. On gameplay alone I’ll give this one a try, but I still stand by my belief that this game should look a hell of a lot better.
