Sam & Max Season Two is already available on Steam and GameTap but if you want a physical, boxed copy to caress at night, you'll be able to buy one soon. Atari will be distributing the second season of the episodic adventure series to stores for PC and Wii.
The five episodes follow canine detective Sam and homocidal rabbit Max on a series of freelance investigations. Using Sam's wits and Max's brawn, they'll deal with a zombie apocalypse, a volcano eruption, and an emo vampire (among other things). You can currently buy the PC disc of Season Two off TellTale Games' website for $34.95 so expect a similar price for both versions of the game when they hit stores.
The PC and Wii versions will be released worldwide sometime in 2009. Seeing as the game's already been made, it should hopefully arrive on the early side of next year.
