Earlier this week, EA revealed the sixth class for Star Wars: The Old Republic. It's called the Imperial Agent and will make stealth gamers jump for joy.
"The Imperial Agent is heavily inspired by several classic Star Wars characters such as Zam Wessel and Grand Moff Tarkin. Imperial Agents work behind the scenes to get the work of the Empire done. Specializing in high-tech gear, the Imperial Agent always has the right tools at the right time," said the announcement on the SW:TOR forums. "They use abilities of subversion and subterfuge to infiltrate and assassinate enemies of the Sith Empire with deadly efficiency. Players who choose to be Imperial Agents in The Old Republic will see the underbelly of the Empire in a whole new light."
BioWare intends to add a full preview of the Imperial Agent to their website next week. IncGamers and DarthHater both have screenshots of the Agent in action and there's now a new section to the SW: TOR forums devoted to the class.
