Stealth Bastard Deluxe Sneaks Onto Linux And Mac Through Steam Today

Stealth Basterd is still sneaking around these days and will come out of the shadows for Mac and Linux via steam later today as Stealth Bastard Deluxe finally launches for both platforms.

Expected to launch later today, April 29, through steam for Mac and Linux, Stealth Bastard Deluxe is all about getting the job done as stealthily as possible.

Stealth Bastard Deluxe is a fast-paced 2D stealth platfrom game feautring brutal hazards, ruthless enemies, fiendish puzzles and red pixels galore,” reads a statement from developer Curve Studios. “[It] invites you to jump, sneak and be chunked through 80 leveles—and once you've mastered those, to try your hand at the in-game level editor to share, play and rate the community's creations from around the world.”

The Mac and Linux versions of the game will be marked down to 50 percent off through May 6, with an identical discount being granted to the game's rockin' soundtrack, too.

“We had so many requests for the game to come to Mac and Linux since its launch that we just had to do something about it,” said creator Jonathan Biddle. “I'm really happy to finally be able to make players swear out loud on these platforms, too.”

Whether or not you drop a few four letter words is entirely up to you but Stealth Bastard is certainly one of those tough-as-nails titles that warrants such behavior. Look for it this afternoon on Steam for Mac and Linux or, for more information, head on over to the game's official website.
