Peter Andre Wants A Hit Record

Oh those crazy Brits. They just invent their own celebrities without even talking it over with America, but apparently, Peter Andre is a pretty big deal over in the UK. Here he’s probably best known as the dude who wifed stripper-looking model Jordan. Actually, I wish more of Uncle Sam’s celebrities were more like the Brits. They behave outrageously, shoot off their mouths, and don’t apologize for it. There’s something to be said for that.

According to Music-News, Peter Andre has taken the grossly honest stance of simply admitting he really wants his next record to be a hit. Here people hide behind artistic credibility and nonsense like that, but Andre just wants to sell some damn albums. “This year I want everything with the family to stay good, then to have a successful album.” I want much of the same.

Look for this still untitled disc to come out sometime in 2009.
