Batman v Superman Comic-Con Footage Leaks Online

Warner Bros. kicked off what was supposed to be an historic day in superhero movie news. And while the Hall H presentations at San Diego Comic-Con were a little light on "breaking" news, the buzz swirling around the first footage from Zack Snyder’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice was intense.

We wrote about the Batman v. Superman footage here. And now, thanks to a Hall H leak, you can watch the footage here. It’s grainy. It’s at a bad angle. But you can get it while it lasts.

This is one of many issues that San Diego Comic-Con is wrestling with as demand for new footage from all of these entertainment panels hit. Television shows like The Walking Dead are putting their trailers and clips online immediately after the Con panel, knowing that hundreds of thousands of fans are dying to see what was shown in San Diego.

But the major movie studios like to sit on their footage a while longer. Horns might release a trailer right after a panel. But Christopher Nolan is keeping that Interstellar trailer in his back pocket… at least until Guardians of the Galaxy hits theaters on August 1. And you can be sure that we’ll have to wait to see the Mad Max: Fury Road footage that screened today.

Until a Hi-Res clip of the Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice footage reaches the Web, we can amuse ourselves with images that Zack Snyder shared of the #DCTrinity. Starting with Superman:

Zack Snyder’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice will pave the way to a Justice League movie starting on May 6, 2016.
