The Entourage Movie Is Now Shooting

It was nearly ten years ago that Vincent Chase and his crew of cronies took to HBO with loads of bravado in Entourage. After eight seasons, fans were hungry for a movie spin-off, yet pay disputes and other issues kept cropping up, continually delaying the would-be feature. But you can't keep the boys down, and now Entourage creator Doug Ellin is back in action with the show's stars Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and the one and only Jeremy Piven.

THR reports the Entourage movie began principal photography last Thursday, January 16th. And thanks to Ellin's Instagram account, it's like we made it past the velvet rope and onto set for a visit. First up, Ellin serves up a shot of himself, ready for action:

Next this chummy writer-director appears to be cozying up with some extras and showing off all at the same time. Dude's a multi-tasker.

A pic from day 2 shows Ferrara and Dillon with a photobombing Connolly.

And here's the crew as Mini-figs, just for funsies:

But Ellin isn't the only one sharing some exclusive shots. Grenier, who'd previously used Instagram to comment on contract disputes, is now using the social media platform to show Turtle back in costume and behind-the-scenes E.

Ferrara got in on the photo sharing fun too, releasing this group shot. But where's Grenier and Piven?

There we go. Hug it out, bitches.

Admittedly, from these pictures we can't make out much of what the Entourage movie will entail. But we know Debi Mazar is back, reprising her role as Vince's publicist Shauna. Plus there's a rumor that bubbly model Kate Upton will make an appearance. Perhaps Ellin and the guys will give us more insightful peaks into the productions as the days go by, tipping to plot and possible celebrity cameos.

Entourage is now shooting. No release date has yet been announced.
