James Cameron has officially returned to the world of the living. Earlier today he showed up on stage at the San Diego Comic Con to give the world its first look at Avatar, his newest mega-movie which, by all accounts, may change the way we think of cinema forever. If you haven’t yet, make sure you click over and read Katey’s recap of everything he showed off. If you need her, she’ll be off in a corner somewhere shaving her head and starting a Cameron cult.
In the meantime, I’m here with images. Fox has released the first ever official look at one of the movie’s aliens, the Na’avi. It’s not much really, but at least it’s a start. Feast your eyes on the alien eye peering out of the official Avatar banner below.
