Hero Blend #80: What We Want To See In Ant-Man And The Wasp
Following in the footsteps of Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor, Ant-Man will be the fourth Marvel Studios hero to get a direct sequel to his solo film… and this time around he’s bringing a friend. Earlier this year, it was announced that Marvel now plans to release Ant-Man And The Wasp in July 2018, teaming up Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang with Evangeline Lilly’s Hope van Dyne to (presumably) save the world.
We still don’t really know much about the project – particularly because the first big script meeting for the movie isn’t scheduled until 2016 – but with Ant-Man arriving on Blu-ray this week, it’s definitely been on our minds. What can we expect from the relationship between Ant-Man and The Wasp? What characters should be brought back? Where should it be set? Should there be more flashbacks? These are all questions that we tackle this week’s episode of Hero Blend.
Joining me this week is my good friend Silas Lesnick from ComingSoon.net/SuperHeroHype/Most Craved, and the two of us dive deep into what we expect from the heroes, the villains, and the story. Check it out!
