The title A Horrible Way To Die promises a whole lot to horror fans, at the very least making you ask, “Well, what way to die is that?” The indie horror/thriller will be premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival in just a few weeks and a few pretty sweet marketing pieces have dropped to help promote the film.
First off, the film has an excellent poster which surfaced at CHUD and features my favorite poster qualities: good typography and minimalist design. Oh, and of course, there’s no giant floating heads. Next, THR has a nice trailer for it. It doesn’t show you exactly what the most horrible way to die might be, but there are a shitload of girls who are bound and gagged so you can assume that you’ll find out eventually.
While the movie does look a little student filmish with its prosumer camera look and ultra shaky style, it still looks like it’ll be a really intense ride that I hope I get to take soon enough after its premiere at TIFF. Check out the poster below and the trailer over at THR.
