Newest Trailer For Underworld: Awakening Arrives Online

I've now been working for Cinema Blend for more than two years and I can honestly say that I've never seen a week like this before. While the year is winding down in preparation for both Christmas and New Years celebrations, Hollywood has been pumping out trailers non-stop. Since Monday we've seen trailers for 21 Jump Street, The Dark Knight Rises, Wrath of the Titans, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Goon, Prometheus and Bel Ami. But if you think that means we're slowing down, you've got another thing coming.

The newest trailer for Underworld: Awakening has been sent over to us via Screen Gems. Check it out below!

Marking Kate Beckinsale's return to the franchise, Underworld: Awakening sees Selene enter a world at war. The humans have discovered the existence of both vampires and lycans and have begun a full-on assault to eradicate them all. It is left up to her to lead the supernatural forces against the humans and prolong her own existence. The film co-stars Stephen Rea, Michael Ealy, Theo James, India Eisley, and Charles Dance and is directed by Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein. Look for the movie when it hits theaters in 3D on January 20.
