Operation Kino 85: The Great Holy Motors, And The So-Bad-It's-Great Alex Cross

This week on Operation Kino, we've got our makeup mirror and our limo driver ready, as we review the experimental, very beloved new French film Holy Motors. From there we use one of the week's other new releases, Alex Cross, to talk about the phenomenon of movies that are so bad they're good, and whether that's actually a legitimate way to enjoy a film. Before any of that, though, we have a lightning round inspired by Alex Cross star Tyler Perry, and tidbits in which Patches is unhealthily obsessed with Skyrim, Da7e catches us up on what we missed at New York Comic Con, David has some kind and not-so-kind words for Robert Zemeckis's Flight and Katey is annoyed by the new Blu-ray release of Moonrise Kingdom. We end, as always, with your lightning round answers for dessert.

Take a listen below and find your downloading options; for more from all of us, you can follow the show (@opkino), Da7e (@da7e), David (@davidehrlich or @CriterionCorner), Patches (@misterpatches) and Katey (@kateyrich) on Twitter.
