Till now, if I’ve thought about Richard Kelly’s upcoming movie Southland Tales, it’s been to wonder whether or not it’ll be any good. No longer. From now on whenever I think of the film it’ll be only to ponder this single question: What does Sarah Michelle Gellar have on under that coat? I hope the answer is nothing.
The film is set in a near future in which the world is on the verge of a social, economic, and environmental collapse. Various characters find their lives intertwined in uncovering some sort of vast conspiracy. Samuel Goldwyn Films has just sent us the following first, official picture from Kelly’s Southland Tales, and I can’t think of a better way to raise interest in this movie. Hello Sarah Michell, we’ve missed you.
