 We’ve had a lot of bad things to say about 20th Century Fox on this site lately, it’s time to balance that out with a little positivity. Baz Luhrman’s new movie Australia is a Fox film, and it looks absolutely stunning. I suppose that’s a given with anything Luhrman does, he’s known for his breathtaking visual flair, but it’s a feather in Fox’s cap that they’ve had the good sense to let Luhrman be Luhrman.
At least that’s what it looks like, judging from the amazingly beautiful new posters and photos they’ve just released from the film. Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman star in the story of star-crossed lovers living in a wild wild west Australia around the time of World War II.
