New Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 Trailer Shows Vampires In Action

If you were watching the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards tonight, you caught the appearance of Robert Pattinson and some of the other Twilight cast members, who took the stage to introduce this new trailer for the final installment in The Twilight Saga. Check out the trailers ahead and see a lot of vampires prepping for a fight.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 closes the book on the feature adaptations of Stephenie Meyer's vampire series, and follows Bella as she adjusts to being a vampire and a mother. Bella and Edward's honeymoon is over, and there's danger ahead once the Volturi learn of their daughter Renesmee's existence. The Cullens must rally support to protect the child. And we see some of that in the new trailer, along with what could be an actual battle between two sets of vampires (and a few werewolves).
The video below runs for close to a minute and a half, and while it includes a few moments that were previously featured in other released trailers, there are some new glimpses of the movie in here.
Vague references to the end of the book below!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like there's a lot more running and fighting (or grabbing and kicking anyway) than I remember from the book. That last moment, where Edward swings Bella around to fight the hooded figure nearby was definitely an add-in. We did hear that the ending had been changed from the book to the movie. Should we be expecting a real Volturi vs. Cullens (& friends) battle?
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 arrives in theaters November 16. More information, photos and videos can be found in our Blend Film Database.
