Someone Made A Justice League Trailer With Dogs, Watch It Now

Let's be honest, is there anything better than a group of cute dogs? It is hard to say, but cute dogs dressed up as our favorite superheroes are definitely up there. On that note, Loot Crate Studios has released a trailer for Justice League starring dogs in the place of the human characters, and it honestly has us just as excited as the movie itself. Check out the fun fake trailer below to see these four-legged heroes in all of their glory.

Though it is not a shot-for-shot recreation of the recent Justice League trailers, Pupstice League (how great is that name?) very clearly captures much of the tone and style that the upcoming superhero epic is aiming for. It includes several of the hallmarks have a great DC story, such as Wonder Woman using her Lasso of Truth, Batman tossing around some Batarangs, and even Alfred Pennyworth working tech support to call in reinforcements. This trailer sees them doing battle with a vacuum cleaner (instead of Steppenwolf and his Parademons), and ends with the promise that a pupper version of Superman will similarly show up to save the day. In blunt terms: it's equal parts blockbuster and adorable.

Of course, it is also worth mentioning that the combination of dogs and DC superheroes is not a random phenomenon. DC Comics (notably the Silver Age of DC Comics) has always been chock full of doggo heroes, including Krypto the Superdog and Ace the Bat-Hound.

On that note, this trailer has us wondering what a more lighthearted movie inspired by the canine members of the DC mythos could look like. Dog characters have carried their own titles in the world of comic books for years, so it is not entirely outside the realm of possibility to imagine that DC and Warner Bros. could find unexpected success adapting these delightfully campy pooches to the silver (or even small) screen. After all, with so many others in The Bat Family (the Nightwing movie and Batgirl movie are arguably the two most prominent examples) set to receive solo movies within the next few years, why not give The Bat-Hound a shot at glory?

The human version of Justice League will debut in theaters next month on November 17, 2017. Tickets for the long-awaited superhero blockbuster are now on sale, so make sure to get yours as soon as possible!
