My goodness, are people still boarding the anti-Shyamalan train? He isn't the only director to star in his own film as a character (Look at Spike Lee for example)

Rafe, the scene between Thunderbolt Ross & Tony Stark was never intended for Iron Man. it's showing up after the Hulk credits roll.
& look for Sam Jackson inserted into the main feature somewhere.
