Ice Road Truckers Star Charged With Kidnapping A Hooker
Ice Road Truckers and its spin-off series IRT: Deadliest Roads aren’t typically the most controversial of offerings, but thanks to some shocking allegations, the show and one of its stars have now found themselves wrapped up in one of the most horrifying scandals any of us will hear about all year. One of the drivers has been accused of kidnapping and torturing a prostitute and later making her jump out of a second story window.
The incident in question allegedly began on December 18. IRT: Deadliest Roads driver Tim Zickuhr was reportedly in Las Vegas when he hired a prostitute named Snow White to service his needs. In exchange, he allegedly gave her his ATM card, the password to his ATM card and asked she take out money for herself. Everything went according to plan that night, but the following morning, he allegedly noticed more money was gone than he expected. He and Snow White arranged a meeting to settle the matter, and that’s when he allegedly lost it.
According to TMZ, he allegedly punched her in the face, tied her up with a backpack, poured cold water on her, locked her in a closet, beat her some more and finally demanded a phone number for someone who would pay him back $1000. Working a step ahead, Snow White allegedly gave him the number of a police officer she knew. As per police reports, Tim Zickuhr told the officer if he didn’t deliver the money, he would murder Snow White.
When the cop arrived, the reality star allegedly made the hooker jump out of a second story window. He was arrested moments later, and he allegedly confessed to the entire thing at the police station later on.
Neither Tim Zickuhr nor History Channel has spoken out about the alleged incident. As such, we’re only getting one side of the story. If even a fraction of it is to be believed, however, Zickuhr could be looking at some serious jail time. No woman, prostitute, thief, both or neither, deserves to be treated like that.
It’s possible the mega-popular franchise will choose to part ways with Zickuhr for the immediate future or just until the matter blows over. If a decision is made on that front, we will keep you updated. Until then, Pop Blend’s sincerest thoughts go out to the alleged victim during this time of need.
Tim Zickuhr is due back in court in May to answer for a slew of felonies including kidnapping and extortion.
