Community Season 5 Finale Clip Teases A Big Argument And A Big Discovery

Any time Annie has cause to yell "Booyah," it's a good day, right? And that's her response when Abed finds something they're looking for in the new clip from the season finale of Community, which airs tomorrow night.

"Who's got rope," Abed asks, to which Professor Hickey responds, "I'm offended by that question!" I think my favorite part of that response is the noise he makes afterward.

TVline posted the clip above, which comes from "Basic Sandwich", the 13th and final episode of Season 5. If you watched Part 1, "Basic Story," then you know that Britta and Jeff have decided to get married. Or they've decided to decide to get married. It's hard to know exactly how seriously we're supposed to take this situation, but as the clip indicates, Annie angrily refuses to acknowledge it. And Dean questions Jeff for thinking this might be an hour-long episode of The Office. Given that this was a two-part episode, Community came kind of close there.

And Duncan thinks they'll need more doves. Because something is definitely not right with him...

Duncan

But all of that aside, there's no time to deal with Britta and Jeff's fresh engagement because Abed found a trap door! Will it lead the to the place they're looking for? What exactly are they looking for?

We shared some details about the episode yesterday, along with this clip, which shows Annie presenting the letter she found from the a former Greendale Dean, notifying them of a hidden part of Greendale campus. Adventure and possibly treasure await...

Will Greendale really be turned into a Subway University or will the study group find a way to save the school? "Basic Sandwich" will obviously address the situation. But what about the fate of Community? Will NBC renew the series for its sixth season? Let's hope so! In the meantime, be sure to tune in for Community's Season 5 finale on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
