Heroes' Adrian Pasdar To Guest Star On Burn Notice In A Major Arc In Season 7

It's a good week to be a Petrelli brother. Just yesterday, we shared the news that Heroes' Milo Ventimiglia's Crackle series Chosen has been renewed for a second season, and today comes word that Adrian Pasdar, who played Ventimiglia's brother in the NBC superhero drama, is sticking around USA for a recurring role in the network's popular action-drama Burn Notice for a major multi-episode arc.

Pasdar, whose recent credits include USA's limited series Political Animals has been locked in for a role in Season 7 of Burn Notice, joining his Heroes co-star Jack Coleman - Noah Bennet in the NBC series - who was previously announced to play a recurring role in the seventh season. Pasdar will play the role of Randall Burke, "a savvy, dangerous, and unpredictable former special ops soldier who is now suspected of running a freelance terrorist ring." He's described as a charismatic wildcard who oozes both danger and courage. And it doesn't sound like people want to get on his bad side because he might kill you, but he'll show his friends the time of their life.

Pasdar's known to play serious roles, and based on the description, savvy, dangerous and unpredictable sounds right up his alley. It looks like Burn Notice is lining up a solid list of guest stars to go along with the stars of the spy drama, which include Jeffrey Donovan, Bruce Campbell, Gabrielle Anwar, Sharon Gless and Coby Bell. In addition to Pasdar and Coleman, Season 7 will also feature appearances by Stephen Martines (The Closer, The Vampire Diaries) and Nick Tarabay, who played Ashur in Starz's Spartacus. USA also points out that Burn Notice will celebrate its 100th episode this summer. That's a milestone it shares with fellow USA original series Psych this year.
