Spartacus War Of The Damned 'Mors Indecepta' Clip Shows A Major Throw Down

If you had told me Crixus and Spartacus weren't going to get along in their post-gladiator days, I can't say I would've had a hard time believing it, given their problems in Blood and Sand. But I also would have anticipated this conflict to erupt Vengeance, when things were first just getting established and Spartacus was still coming into his leadership role. But with all the time spent on vengeance, maybe there wasn't time for Crixus and Spartacus to disagree on everything. These days, these two just can't get along, and based on the clip above from tomorrow night's episode ("Mors Indecepta"), it's finally coming to blows.

Beware the Ides of March! That's tomorrow, by the way, so it's particularly fitting that a Spartacus episode should air, and if and when Caesar graces the screen with his dreamy, blonde presence, we should all take a moment to acknowledge March 15 and the major significance it will have for Caesar in the later time of his life.

That's a bit ahead of where we're at. At this point, Caesar's on the rise and from the latest clip, Spartacus and Crixus are on the outs. Majorly. This clip follows the two previously released clips, and the promo, which also indicate conflict between the two characters, related to choices that need to be made about how to proceed. It doesn't help that the army is homeless in the wintery, snowy cold and cornered at a ridge.

Spartacus: War of the Damned airs Fridays at 9:00 p.m. ET on Starz.

At present, she’s an Assistant Managing Editor who spends much of her time brainstorming and editing features, analyzing site data, working with writers and editors on content planning and the workflow, and (of course) continuing to obsess over the best movies and TV shows (those that already exist, and the many on the way).
