Super Bowl 2014 Ad Highlights: Watch The Commercials Here

Super Bowl Sunday is about much more than football. Sure, there's football involved, but there's also chicken wing dip, team and fan rivalries, the star-studded half-time show and of course, the commercials. With so many people's attention on their TV sets, brands are eager -- and willing to shell out dollars -- to secure their attention for half a minute or so -- plus or minus -- which means all stops are pulled to deliver a memorable ad, be it funny, thought provoking, nostalgic or simply buzz-worthy in whatever way it can be.

As it's become part of the tradition in this age of internet to get some of the spots online before the game, we've already seen a few great commercials, including the one above, which shows the bond that forms between a puppy and the Budweiser clydesdales. And Audi also went the dog route, merging a doberman and a chihuahua with disastrous results...

And then there's Terry Crews teaming with the Muppets for a Highlander ad...

You can check out some of the other movie-related TV spots here, and we'll be updating this article with more great Super Bowl ads as the day goes on, so be sure to check back in! And if you're looking for the actual game, you can find it streaming online over at Fox Sports.
