Best Black Friday Streaming Deals: DAZN and ESPN Plus Deals Live
Lock in your next binge
For movie and TV fans, arguably when it comes to award-winning savings throughout Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I think it all comes down to the best Black Friday streaming deals. Sure, you can get a discounted TV, projector, or soundbar. But none of it is worth it if you don't have a library of good content to watch. Thankfully streaming services aren't shy about dropping their prices come Black Friday – a blessing when you consider the fact prices seem to be gradually hiking up every year with no sign of stopping!
From on-demand platforms to cable cutters, 2023 saw some incredible savings. Black Friday Hulu deals are always some of the best. Last year saw the return of its exceptional 99 cents deal – a low price we'd not seen since 2020. And it got even better, because you could throw in Disney Plus for just $2 more and get both for $2.99 a month for the whole year. Max also graced us with its presence with a huge price cut, locking in a rate of $2.99 a month for the first six months. Paramount Plus' discount on both its monthly plans ran until beyond the sales weekend, with prices starting from $1.99 a month, or you could pay $3.99 a month and got Showtime, too.
There were a ton of great offers, and I'm expecting to see many of these making a glamorous return to screen. After all, there's only one way to lure in subscribers otherwise disgruntled by those aforementioned price rises. I'm particularly excited to see what Max offers now it's available as part of Disney's bundle packages and the fact its 2025 line-up of releases looks absolutely golden. New seasons of The Last of Us, The White Lotus, and The Sex Lives of College Girls?! Say less.
Now we've entered November, it won't be long before these deals start to go live. In fact, the likes of sports streamer DAZN and ESPN Plus have already hit us with their Black Friday streaming deal. It's also worth noting there are a bunch of Black Friday VPN deals already live, including from the VPN provider I like to recommend in our How to Watch guides, NordVPN. You might be thinking what that has to do with streaming, but head on over to our hub and I'll explain why it's great to bundle with this year's upcoming Black Friday streaming deals.
Below you can find my predictions of what to expect in the way of Black Friday streaming deals, which are set to arrive any day now, as well as taking a look at what happened last year – in my opinion, the best way to really prepare for where to spend your money come the end of November. Too inpatient for those deals to start rolling in? I've also listed the current best streaming deals available to subscribe to right now.

Yes, this deal is around all the time, but it really is one of the best streaming deals around, especially when we're looking at streaming through the vain of exhausting one library and hopping onto the next. Now with even more options, you can get just Disney Plus and Hulu together, or add ESPN Plus or Max. Plans start from $9.99 a month.
Sling TV: 50% Off First Month

Totalling $19.98 a month if subscribed to separately, you can currently subscribe to Starz and Britbox as a bundle directly through the Starz website. That means getting both Starz's extensive library, and Britbox, which offers direct imports from UK TV online, including shows from BBC and ITV like Suspect and Blue Lights.
Black Friday Streaming Deals FAQ
When Will Black Friday Streaming Deals Go Live?
In 2024, Black Friday will be taking place on November 29, following tradition the day after Thanksgiving. That said, streaming services don't usually hold out until the day itself to release their Black Friday streaming deals. In the past we saw many of these deals go live early to mid-November, and imagine it'll be much the same this year. May as well rename the sales period...
What Black Friday Streaming Deals Do We Predict For 2024?
2024 has been another year of streaming services creeping up in price. On the bright side, great Black Friday streaming deals are nearly always guaranteed, too.
Having written about streaming services and their respective deals year-round, in many ways I wouldn't expect any significant surprises. That's not to say there won't be great deals, I just foresee the usual culprits will introduces their usual reduced rates when we get around to the Black Friday weekend right at the end of November.
I think 2024's Black Friday Hulu deal will return with its $1.99 a month deal for the first six months of customers' subscriptions. While it did see a dip last year to its former cheapest price, I think a year of more price increases and package options will see that slight increase. Still an absolute steal, though.
Speaking of new packages, usually alongside Hulu we'd see the Disney Plus bundle indirectly reduced, with the option to add Disney Plus to your Hulu subscription and pay under $3. This year the option to throw Max into the bundle could mean an exciting Disney Plus saving for keen TV show binge-watchers, maybe around the $5/6 mark. Maybe a wish rather than a prediction, but you never know?!
We've already seen annual plan discounts from both Peacock and Paramount Plus this year, so I'm envisioning a return of similar offerings from the two network streamers much like we saw in 2023, locking in a crazy low rate for a few months.
What Black Friday Streaming Deals Did We See Last Year?
Well, Hulu kind of blew us out of the water with the arrival of its 2023 Cyber Monday Hulu deal. We expected it to be good, but perhaps not quite this good. For two years on the trot, the Hulu With-Ads plan has been reduced from $7.99 a month to $1.99 a month, with new customers able to secure the low rate for a whole 12 months.
Last Black Friday, though, we saw Hulu back down to its cheapest ever price of $0.99 a month – a discount not seen since 2020.
You could also opt to add Disney Plus for just $2 more, meaning getting two of the best streaming services for under $3 a month for a whole year.
Subscribers could also try out STARZ and add it for 6 months to their Hulu plan for just $0.99.
Fingers crossed 2024 sees a reprisal of the deal!
Max's 2023 deal wasn't quite as good as previous years where you lock in a rate of as little as $1.99 a month. However, at $2.99 a month for the first six months, it was still a significant $7 saving each month. And when you consider the wealth of top-tier entertainment Max has to offer (bolstered by its merger with Discovery), it's still great value.
Where Peacock and Paramount Plus have usually slashed prices on annual packages, both went for the discounted monthly rate for last year's Black Friday streaming deals. You could go for either and pay $1.99 a month for 12 months and 3 months respectively.
In terms of cable cutters, Sling TV didn't introduce a unique offer exclusive to Black Friday. However, some of its biggest competitors – FuboTV and Philo – did. Considering its probably one of the more extensive (but comprehensive) cord cutting solutions, FuboTV gave new sign-ups a $20 saving across its plans. Philo, considerably more affordable, cut its prices by 50% for the first month.

For those after the Latino package, you can save $8 off your first month.
