Check Under Your Bed; The Boogeyman Is Back
The Boogeyman is back and this time, he’s terrorizing a college campus. Courtesy of Ghost House Pictures, you can pick up the third installment of the Boogeyman series on January 20th.
The story beings when a college sophomore, Sarah Morris (Erin Cahill), sees her best friend supposedly commit suicide. The event triggers an intense fear within Sarah of the Boogeyman. She tries to convince her dormitory that this supernatural creature really does exist, but when nobody believes her, the force intensifies and begins to prey on her friends. Unless Sarah can find a way to stop him, the Boogeyman will get every student on campus.
Gory, creepy and disturbing? Sounds like a good movie to get your heart rate up. No matter how fearless you may think you are, bringing back a childhood demon is enough to make you think twice before turning off the lights. Odds are, this will be an overly bloody film with a ridiculous plot, but that’s why these types of movies are considered guilty pleasures. You don’t watch a Boogeyman film to dissect it to the point where you can discover some deep inner meaning. You take it for what it is and get a good fun scare out of it.
For $24.96 you get Boogeyman 3, three featurettes, deleted scenes and a few nights of checking under your bed before going to sleep.
