It took a fan campaign to bring Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock to DVD initially, but since it got there it’s certainly been building up steam. Now the third season of Fraggle Rock is heading for stores on September 11th.
The 24 episode season will be available in a box set that includes interviews with members of the original cast and creators, sketches from co-creator Michael Frith, and even a special featurette that looks at the puppet building process.
The DVD set is only a part of a major Fraggle rebirth currently going on. Not only will the DVD set be hitting shelves in the next month, but also new shirts and a CD featuring the Fraggle characters are coming out as well.
