I know people have been harsh on Paris Hilton and her attempt at an acting career. We’re just as guilty, with less than flattering reviews of House of Wax and Pledge This!. I don't think anything has been said that wasn't justified, but cruel words are still cruel words.
Despite the negativity, I’m interested in the DVD release for The Hottie and the Nottie. It’s not because our review was overwhelmingly positive (because it wasn’t), but because the DVD features Hilton and other cast members in a commentary. That’s right – Hilton has to endure her own flick and talk about it a bit. What could be more entertaining than that… except maybe having Hilton watch something like Donnie Darko or a Fellini movie. Just seeing what she might say about a surreal flick would be hilarious.
