Molly Hartley Will Be Haunted On DVD
High school can be a scary place. Imagine being in a high school and suffering from terrifying visions. Thanks to Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment you can pick up The Haunting of Molly Hartley on DVD March 3rd and realize that your high school experience wasn’t so bad after all.
After surviving an eerie attack by her mentally disturbed mother, Molly Hartley (Haley Bennett) still suffers from the incident. In an attempt to start over, Molly is enrolled in a new school. But not even a beautiful boyfriend (Chase Crawford) can help Molly escape her past. As her nightmares get worse, Molly begins to suspect that she suffers from the same psychological problem as her mother. A mere mental disorder is the least of Molly’s worries because what she actually inherited is much worse.
If Chase Crawford couldn’t save this film from box office hell, neither can any combination of bonus material. It seems as though the creators of the DVD extra list realized that because its only items are interviews with Haley Bennett, Shanna Collins, AnnaLynne McCord and director Mickey Liddell. The scariest thing about this film is that some people might actually spend $29.98 on the DVD after losing $12.00 to see the film in the theater.
