Prepare For Hot Astronaut-On-Astronaut Action In Defying Gravity Season One
As near as I can tell, Defying Gravity is the result of somebody somewhere saying, "Wouldn't it be cool to have sex in zero gravity?" Sure, it's a thought most of us have had at one point or another, especially if you were raised on a steady diet of science fiction as a kid. Most of us, however, don't have the power to greenlight network dramas.
Defying Gravity follows eight astronauts -- four men and four women, and don't for one second think that equal division of the genders is accidental -- as they set off on a six-year exploration of the solar system. Sure, there are genre trappings, but from what I've seen of it, Defying Gravity tends more toward soap opera than Star Trek. You can find out whether the combination of zero-g boot-knocking and sci-fi shenanigans suits your fancy when Defying Gravity: Season One hits DVD January 19th.
