See Five Minutes Of Batman: Gotham Knight
If there’s anything I’m looking forward to as much as The Dark Knight, it’s the Batman DVD flick that bridges the gap between Christopher Nolan’s films, Batman: Gotham Knight. The images that have been released from the direct to DVD animated film just look incredible, and now MTV Movies Blog has gotten their hands on five minutes of the movie. All I can say is: wow.
You’ve never seen Batman animated like this. Not even in the darkness of the unrated Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker or Mask of the Phantasm. This is dark, with the dark knight cutting a larger-than-life swath through criminal activity. This is the perfect blend of Nolan’s Batman Begins, only letting us see more of the action than Nolan did in the first film.
