Warners Unleashes Clash Of The Titans Clips As The Classic Film Hits Blu-Ray
With Warners' big-budget Clash of the Titans remake set to unleash the Kraken on a new generation of moviegoers this April, is anybody really surprised that the Harryhausen-infused original is arriving on Blu-ray a month before? Hitting stands March 2nd, the 1981 classic is coming out as a "Blu-ray book," which is exactly what it sounds like -- a shiny new Blu-ray version of the film packaged along with a book filled with art and production notes.
Warners has just released some clips and stills from the new release, and you can peruse them below. The disc is a little Spartan (ahem) on the extras front, with the press release listing only two bonus features: "Interviews: A Conversation with Ray Harryhausen" and "Myths and Monsters." Not great, but not bad for $34.99 if you're a fan of the film. Now scroll on down and bite into that cheesy, Harryhausen goodness.
