Age Of Wushu Releases At GameStop, Features Jet Li Mission
Snail Games has announced that Age of Wushu has become available at your local GameStop stores. In an interesting twist, the game launched digitally and after garnering massive success leading up to its open beta, the game received a distribution deal at a brick and mortar outlet just two weeks later.
The retail edition of the game is a specially released SKU containing all sorts of extra goodies that will help you expand and advance in the game at pace much quicker than your digital comrades. As noted in the press release...
That sounds so freaking cool! Your character getting to train with legendary international martial arts movie star, Jet Li? That's bound to create some envy in the hearts of your rivals.
But wait, there's more...Age of Wushu isn't just your typical MMORPG; the game is a breakthrough in the wuxia experience, launching players into an unprecedented form of martial arts training never before featured in a video game. Learn to harness your chi, excel in form and strength by acquiring new skills either by joining a school or becoming a thief and stealing skill scrolls. Master the wind and harness gravity by learning how to fly, run on tree tops and fight across water and mountaintops alike.
If you've been looking for a different kind of MMORPG, Age of Wushu – even with a very, very steep learning curve – is definitely worth checking out if wuxia lore and true martial arts mastery is the kind of experience you've been longing to play. You can check the game out over on the official website or pick up a boxed copy at your local GameStop for $19.99.
