Today Ubisoft will release the second DLC pack for Assassin's Creed 3 on the PS3 and Xbox 360. The Battle Hardened Pack introduces new maps and new characters for the game's multiplayer modes.
The three new characters are the Governor, Highland and Coyote Man. The maps will take players to Charlestown, Fort St-Mathieu and Saint Pierre. You can find images of each below.
The Battle Hardened Pack is one of five downloadable content packs included in the $30 Season Pass for the game. The Season Pass also entitles players to the Hidden Secrets Pack and upcoming "Tyranny of King Washington" DLC campaign. If you'd rather buy the Battle Hardened Pack individually, it'll cost you 800 MS Points or $10.
Ubisoft plans to release the Battle Hardened DLC for the PC as well. However, those gamers will have to wait until January 15th. The company previously said that the Wii U version would get all the planned DLC but no Wii U release date was provided today.
Xbox 360 gamers should be able to download Battle Hardened right now. PS3 owners will have to wait until later in the day when the PlayStation Store is updated.
