Today Ubisoft revealed when Assassin's Creed 3's three-part single-player DLC campaign will begin. The first episode of The Tyranny of King Washington, entitled "Infamy," will be available in February.
Tyranny depicts an alternate history in which George Washington never became president of the United States. Instead, he crowned himself the king of the new country. He now rules the former colonies with absolute power.
The trailer for this DLC revealed that Ratonhnhaké:ton never became Connor or an Assassin. Thankfully he's a still a formidable warrior in this timeline rather than say, a shoemaker's apprentice. Perhaps the first episode of the series will show us how he develops his Assassin skills.
"Infamy" will be released on February 19th on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. It can be purchased for $9.99. Players can also buy access to all three episodes of Tyranny of King Washington, the Hidden Secrets Pack and Battle Hardened Pack by purchasing the $29.99 Season Pass.
Tyranny of King Washington will be released on the Wii U as well. However, no release date was provided for that platform.
