BOOM BLOX, the Wii puzzle game produced and directed by Steven Spielberg, is getting a sequel. BOOM BLOX Bash Party is set to hit stores in North America and Europe this Spring.
"BOOM BLOX Bash Party is a wild social gaming experience," said Spielberg in the official press release. "We know families and friends really enjoyed playing the original BOOM BLOX together, so we designed more explosive multiplayer experiences with BOOM BLOX Bash Party."
Bash Party will have more than 400 levels and double the amount of multiplayer challenges featured in the original. Perhaps the biggest addition, though, is the Create Mode. Players will now be able to design their own levels and then share them online. EA will be releasing new levels over time as well for you to download. An EA spokesperson told Blend Games that as of now, there's no plans to charge gamers for the levels released by EA.
