If you intend to buy Batman: Arkham City for the PC, you're going to have to wait longer than everyone else. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Rocksteady Studios revealed today that they're delaying that version of the game a bit.
The PC Arkham City is now expected in November. The PS3 and Xbox 360 editions are still arriving as planned in October. The console versions will debut in North America on October 18th, before spreading to Australia and all other territories on the 19th and 21st, respectively.
In Arkham City, a section of Gotham has been turned into a prison for the city's worst criminals. The titular "Arkham City" is surrounded by walls and armed guards but inside those walls, anarchy reigns. Batman is forced to enter this hive of supervillains in order to rescue his sometimes ally Catwoman.
As a sort of consolation prize for the delay, WB sent out four new screenshots from Arkham. No, PC gamers don't need to wait two extra weeks to look at them.
