Premium co-op downloadable content was released for the PS3 version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 today. DICE also gave a status report on when the Xbox 360 and PC will get it.
The $10 DLC adds Onslaught Mode, a co-op game type. Up to 4 players work together to fend off A.I. enemies and complete missions. Eight new Achievements/Trophies are up for grabs with these missions. Online leaderboards will allow you to compare your squad's results with the rest of the world.
"Xbox 360 owners will be able to pick up Onslaught mode in the very near future and we are also still investigating the possibility of Onslaught coming to PC," said DICE.
If you're still undecided as to whether the content is worth a tenner, check out the launch trailer.
