We now have a clearer picture of what Battlefield Hardline's Premium membership will entail. Leaked marketing materials have revealed a few crucial details on the Premium program.
"Delivering four expansions, 12 additional Battlepacks, exclusive items and more, Premium members also gain two week early access to the expansion packs, getting the latest and greatest and being the hottest on the streets of Battlefield Hardline," reads the package for Battlefield Hardline Premium that will appear on GameStop store shelves (via Reddit).
The package also mentions that Premium members will get exclusive camos, patches "and more" for their in-game avatar. Other perks will be announced sometime in the future. No specific details on the expansions were mentioned.
Again, the image comes from Reddit so it might be bull. I'd think that a hoax would have a lot more flair to it. Everything revealed here is a pretty safe bet. The Premium programs for Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 had a similar structure, providing players with all of the expansion packs for the game and two weeks of early access along with exclusive gear and perks. The BF4 Premium package came with the same amount of Battlepacks as the Hardline one allegedly does.
The only difference between the Battlefield Hardline Premium plan and its predecessors is the amount of expansions. BF4 and BF3 had five expansions rather than four. That's surprising because, well, who would expect EA to ease off on the throttle for DLC?
That said, Hardline was delayed five months so that may have forced EA to cut the DLC schedule short. They want all of the expansions to come out before Battlefield 5. Players are much less likely to buy Hardline DLC when there's a newer game on the market.
Battlefield Hardline Premium's existence was accidentally revealed by the user interface for the beta. EA officially confirmed the Premium program about a week ago but hasn't announced anything beyond that:

An announcement shouldn't be far off. Hardline will be out in about two weeks so EA will likely reveal their DLC plans before then so players will buy Premium at the same time as the game.
