It seems LucasArts has more downloadable content up their sleeve for last year's Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. At Comic Con they unveiled a new trailer for the so-called "Ultimate Sith" DLC.
This downloadable content asks the question, "What if the Sith had won?" It continues the campaign from the base game with the assumption that players chose to go to the Dark Side in the finale. As Emperor Palpatine's new apprentice, Starkiller will battle popular characters from Star Wars lore.
In a downloadable mission coming this fall, he'll travel to Tatooine to hunt down an elderly Obi-Wan. He'll encounter the notorious bounty hunter Boba Fett along the way. During the holiday season, LucasArts will release a new retail version of the game entitled Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition. Ultimate Sith Edition comes with the full game as well as the downloadable Tatooine and Jedi Temple missions, the latter of which was released last December. The new retail bundle also includes a special mission set on the icy planet of Hoth from The Empire Strikes Back. There, he'll battle with some guy named "Luke Skywalker" to decide the fate of the galaxy.
I haven't touched the game since last September but this looks fun in a non-canonical sort of way. It's a shame you'd need to buy the game all over again to play the level with Luke Skywalker, though. Guess it's really targeted toward folks who either A) traded in their old copy, or B) never played the game in the first place.
