As they've done with previous games, Bethesda Softworks will be re-releasing Fallout: New Vegas to stores with all of its downloadable content. The Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition will be released in early February.
In New Vegas, the player takes on the role of a courier delivering a platinum chip to a casino in the Mojave Wasteland. He's ambushed on the way, though, and left for dead. The player must travel the wasteland and piece together the mystery of the platinum chip while helping or fighting the various factions fighting over control of the area.
The Ultimate Edition includes the six downloadable content packs released for the game post-launch: Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Courier’s Stash, and Gun Runners’ Arsenal. The first four DLC packs are new adventures that in some cases take players beyond the Wasteland. They also raise the level cap to 50. The Courier's Stash and Gun Runner's Arsenal, meanwhile, are bundles of equipment for your character.
The New Vegas Ultimate Edition will be released in North America on February 7th and in Europe on February 10th. It'll be available on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
