GTA 5 PC Cheat Codes: How To Get Free Cars, Become Invincible And More

GTA 5's PC version has arrived and it's loaded with plenty of cheats for players to use. The cheats can basically turn you into a god, allowing you to become unkillable and alter the world around you.

There are two ways to enter each cheat within GTA 5. You can either punch in a phone number on your character's mobile phone or enter a code in the console (press the ~ key to bring it up). Both methods are described below for each cheat.

You can't use cheats during missions so you'll have to beat them the old-fashioned way. Like other cheats for Steam games, though, they'll prevent you from earning Achievements so make a separate save file before you start messing around with them. Your cheats won't be saved so you'll need to re-enter them whenever you load your game.

Many of the cheats are similar to the PS3/Xbox 360 and PS4/Xbox One codes. However, a few standard codes like lowering your wanted level or getting full weapons and ammo are currently unknown. Rockstar almost certainly included them, though, so we'll update this guide with those cheats whenever they're discovered.
