Rockstar Games has only announced PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Grand Theft Auto V thus far. However, if a new retailer advertisement is to be believed, a PC version is also on the way.
An advertisement from Dutch and Belgian game retailer Game Mania (spotted by Rockstar Base) mentions that the game will be available for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. If it's a typo, it's not an isolated one. A PC edition of the sandbox game is also mentioned on the retailer's website.
It always seemed plausible that Rockstar would create a PC version. After all, the series started out on that platform. Starting with Grand Theft Auto III, consoles received it first but Rockstar always got around to releasing a PC version. GTA IV, for example, arrived on PC eight months after consoles.
The ad doesn't indicate that there's any such delay, though. It says that the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC are "expected" in Spring 2013. That's the same launch window that Rockstar announced for the 360 and PS3.
Rockstar's past support for the PC plus this ad make a PC GTA V seem very likely. Don't get your hopes up about a spring release for that version until Rockstar officially announces it, though. Retailers often list release date information that turn out to be half-baked estimates.
