Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Black Knight Sword And More Headed To The PlayStation Store This Week
This week's list of new releases on the PlayStation Network is pretty meaty, featuring a nice mix of content. From twin-stick shooter Big Sky Infinity and dark adventure game Black Knight Sword to a handful of demos and the release of PlayStation 3 classic, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, there should be something here to sate just about every gaming appetite.
We announced yesterday that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas had been listed with a Dec. 12 release date by PlayStation Hong Kong. Seeing as how the U.S. store updates a day earlier than that, it should come as no surprise that the game has now been confirmed by the U.S. PlayStation Blog to hit virtual stores this week. Take control of CJ and rule the streets of San Andreas in what is still hailed as one of the best open world action games to grace any console.
Also releasing this week for the PS3 and PlayStation Vita is shooter Big Sky: Infinity. An adaptive twin-stick shooter, Big Sky is a randomly generated romp that actually increases the difficulty the better you are playing. As an added bonus, the game will be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
A handful of digital titles round out this week's new releases including twisted stage performance come to life, Black Knight Sword, and do-it-yourself musical creation application, Mix Superstar. You'll also be able to take on a bunch of nasty aliens in Ben 10: Multiverse, as well as uncover the mysteries of a sleepy Chinese village in the point and click adventure title, Judge Dee: The City of God Case.
For those who are still on the fence about a couple of these titles, you'll be able to try out Big Sky: Infinity, Black Knight Sword and Mix Superstar as demos.
Look for these games when the U.S. PlayStation store updates this Wednesday. For more details, visit the PlayStation BlogM.
