Jet Set Radio Launches For PS3, Arrives Tomorrow For PC, Xbox 360
Gamers of today's generation get to experience one of the most beloved niche titles of the previous generation. The name of the game is Just Set Radio and it was one of Sega's prime exclusives for the Sega Dreamcast back in the day. Well, today gamers get play that Dreamcast exclusive on the PS3 today and tomorrow for PCs and Xbox 360s.
If you are a PlayStation Plus member the game has been available since September 11th, if you're just a standard PS3 member then you're still in luck because you can grab the game right now off the PS Store for $9.99. You should also feel a little bit of console pride as you get the game a day before your PC and Xbox 360 platform counterparts.
Speaking of PC and Xbox 360...the game will launch tomorrow on September 19th for $9.99 or 800 MS Points for Steam and for the Xbox Live Arcade.
If you're not sure why you should be excited about the game, just check out the launch trailer below.
It's funny because Jet Set Radio was a game all about counter-culture, underground creative expression and freedom through art and rollerblading, and yet the game itself managed to stay popular only amongst a small group of gamers in the niche circles of gaming culture. Kind of befitting eh?
Well, a larger amount of gamers will be able to play the game now that's become available on more than just a single system (well, beyond today anyway). To learn more about Jet Set Radio feel free to visit the Official Website.
