Killer Is Dead Second Trailer Battles Giant Aliens
Well, it looks like Suda 51 has gone and turned Killer is Dead into one giant crazy action adventure that not only sports lots of bloodletting of over-the-top villains, cyborgs and freaks, but the latest trailer reveals that there are also giant aliens that players will have to contend with.
If you thought Killer is Dead was already crazy, that trailer just kind of makes it even crazier yet. There are some obvious elements from Suda 51's previous No More Heroes games, with the hacking and the slashing playing a big part in the combat mechanics, but it also looks like there might be a few elements borrowed from Grasshopper Manufacture's well received but poorly-sold third-person shooter, Shadows of the Damned and Lollipop Chainsaw.
Killer is Dead is shaping up to be another sleeper hit by Suda 51 and crew and it won't be surprising to see the game move moderate copies at retail thanks to XSeed Games picking up the North American distribution rights.
