King Of Fighters XIII Complete Video Walkthrough Tutorial
The administrator of Dream Cancel, Kane317 and FAQ guide writer, James Chen, give fighting fans a complete walkthrough tutorial of the King of Fighters XIII. It's so in depth that it might even make some KoF veterans feel like newbs.
The video is quite long and clocks in at over 12 minutes, giving gamers a rundown of a just about all the important elements and fighting tactics available in SNK Playmore's latest KoF game.
To be completely honest, I haven't played a KoF game in quite some time, so when they started talking Super Cancels and combo-breakers into Dream Cancels, I started feeling a little newbie. It's amazing that if you miss one or two games in the series it's like you missed an entire generation of fighting games. No worries, though, James Chen breaks down mechanics so just about anyone has a slight idea of what they're getting into when they play KoF XIII.
The HD animations and character designs look impeccable...after seeing them in action it's kind of hard to want SNK to switch over to 3D. The backdrops in particular look so gorgeous.
Anyways, back to the game...if you found this helpful then all the more power to you. If you're a Street Fighter fan who finds this confusing, no problems, you can try the game out right now with the KoF XIII demo that's available for the Xbox 360 and PS3. Getting your toes wet a bit and then come back to the video tutorial and maybe it'll start making more sense.
If you want to learn more about the game feel free to visit the Official Website. King of Fighters XIII is currently available for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
