King's Quest III Redux Coming In Late February For PC And Mac
Fans of the old-school point and click adventure games from Roberta Williams and her husband will be pleased to know that the franchise that put Sierra (now Vivendi) on the map will be making a return to form with a fan-made remake of the classic adventure game. AGD Interactive wanted gamers to know that the revitalized and remade King’s Quest III will be arriving for PC and Mac in late February.
New-school noobs probably wouldn’t understand the appeal behind a game like this, but old-school gamers can relive a lot of nostalgia with AGD Interactive’s project. King’s Quest III joins other remakes by AGD including King’s Quest I & II and Quest for Glory. This will be the final remake from AGD Interactive before they move on to bigger and better things, so this will be their final adieu for fan-made projects.
You can check out some screenshots of the remake over at the Official Website, as well as further details on the project. We’ll keep you posted on when the game goes live and is available for digital download.
