No official trailer for Witcher 2 has been released but you can still get a long look at the game if you can stomach shaky camcorder footage. A video taken during a recent presentation gives a seven-minute look at the game.
Protagonist Geralt spends a good portion of the gameplay demo just nosing around a small village. Around the 3:45 mark, though, things really pick up. Geralt battles a humongous squid-like beast in a field. He slices off a few of its tentacles and then tricks the squid into bashing a nearby cliffside. Rock tumbles down onto the creature and Geralt finishes it off while it's pinned to the ground.
Witcher 2 is being developed for PC and consoles. No release window has been announced yet.
