Capcom let loose two new trailers for two new characters who joined the ever growing, and somewhat impressive cast of characters that make up the roster of Capcom’s crew versus Marvel’s heroes. The two new additions to the game are Jean Grey’s Phoenix and the indubitably tough Mike Haggar from Final Fight.
It’s good Capcom went old-school bringing back some Final Fight favorites. It’s just too bad Marvel is being a little prickly about who gets in on their side. Maybe fans should start protesting for greats like The Punisher, Blade and Gladiator. Oh well, maybe we’ll actually get to play some of the tougher Marvel characters in MvsC 4?
You can check out the two trailers below featuring Haggar and Phoenix. And I could be wrong but it looks like Phoenix’s move list is composed mostly of cheap, spam-worthy projectiles…but I could be wrong.
